André Ooijer (born 11 July 1974) is a Dutch former professional footballer best known as a reliable central and right-sided defender. Over a long career he combined physical presence with positional intelligence, becoming a regular for top Dutch clubs and a recurrent selection for the Netherlands at major international tournaments.

Club career

Ooijer's senior career began in the Netherlands and progressed through several clubs before he established himself at PSV Eindhoven, where he spent significant seasons and collected domestic honours.
