Lieutenant Colonel Howard Vincent Lee (August 1, 1933 – March 23, 2019) was a United States Marine Corps officer. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for heroism in August 1966 during the Vietnam War. He was promoted in July 1972 to lieutenant colonel and retired in 1975 from the Marine Corps. Lee studied at Pace College.
On October 25, 1967, Major Lee was presented the Medal of Honor by President Lyndon Johnson in a ceremony at the White House.
Lee died on March 23, 2019 in Virginia, at the age of 85.
