Scott Baio

Early career and breakthrough

Baio began acting professionally as a young performer and became widely known in the late 1970s and early 1980s. His breakthrough role was as Charles "Chachi" Arcola, a charismatic teen on the popular sitcom Happy Days. The character's popularity led to the short-lived spin-off Joanie Loves Chachi, in which he co-starred opposite Erin Moran.
