Baby One More Time from 1999. The single was produced and written by the previously unknown producer team The Outsyders. Furthermore, the singer was able to set three records with the song, because with 285,782 download sales of Womanizer, these are the highest sales within the opening week in the Billboard Download Charts since the introduction of the charts in 2003. The record holder until now was Mariah Carey with Touch My Body and 285,544 sales. The 96-place jump further broke the record held by T.I.'s Live Your Life, which made it from No. 80 to No. 1, for the biggest jump to No. 1 in the history of the US Billboard Hot 100. At the same time, Womanizer is the single that has improved the most within the Top 100. The record was previously held by Beyoncé with Shakira, who once moved 91 positions within the Hot 100 with Beautiful Liar.

Music video

The video clip for the single was directed by Joseph Khan, with whom Spears previously collaborated on the videos for Stronger (2000) and Toxic (2004).
