Terry Tausch (American football guard)

Playing career

Tausch's longest tenure was with the Minnesota Vikings, where he played from 1982 through 1988. He then joined the San Francisco 49ers for the 1989 season. Across those seasons he served primarily on the offensive line, contributing in both starting and rotational roles depending on team needs and game plans. His time in the league placed him among the many linemen whose work helped protect quarterbacks and open lanes for running backs.
