Origin and publication
The first work on the album began in 2004, when Chuck Comeau and Pierre Bouvier started songwriting. Shortly after, work began in the recording studio.
The album was released on October 26, 2004 in the United States, only on May 2, 2005 it was also released in German-speaking countries. In addition to the standard CD, a special edition was also released, which also contains a bonus DVD.
The album title Still Not Getting Any ... refers to the reviews of the first album, which were mostly not positive.
