Geography and settlements

Main settlements include Soufrière and Scotts Head; the small village of Galion and a handful of hamlets are scattered along the shoreline. Scotts Head occupies a low volcanic promontory with panoramic views over two sea bodies. The coastline combines rocky outcrops and small bays, and inland slopes give way quickly to higher terrain and rainforest in neighbouring parishes.
