Alikovskoye Rural Settlement is a municipal formation in Alikovsky District of the Chuvash Republic, Russia. It lies in the central part of the district and functions as one of the local units used to organize rural administration and public services. Its administrative center is Alikovo.

The settlement is called А́ликовское се́льское поселе́ние in Russian and Элĕк ял тăрăхĕ in Chuvash.
