Patty Judge (born November 2, 1943, in Fort Madison, Iowa) is an American nurse and politician. She worked in health care before entering public service and later held statewide office in Iowa. Judge is a member of the Democratic Party and served as the 46th Lieutenant Governor of Iowa, elected on the ticket with Governor Chet Culver.
