Norrtälje

Norrtälje is a town in the Swedish province of Stockholms län and the historical province of Uppland.
The city on the Baltic Sea is located about 68 kilometers north of Stockholm and is the capital of the municipality of the same name.
Norrtälje is home to one of Sweden's largest and most modern prisons, Norrtäljeanstalten, in the county of Norrtälje is located, among other things, the vacation region Barnens Ö.

History
Norrtälje was founded by Gustav II Adolf in 1622 and burned down by the Russians in 1719, like many Swedish seaside towns.
