Middlesex County, Jamaica
Middlesex is a county that covers the central part of Jamaica. It has an area of 5041.9 km² and 1,183,361 inhabitants (as of 2001). The former capital of Jamaica, Spanish Town, is located in Middlesex.
The county is divided into five counties (parishes):
