Feller Bach — a right-bank tributary of the Moselle in Rhineland-Palatinate

Course and geography

The Feller Bach originates on the slopes of the Hunsrück, a low mountain range characterized by forested ridges and dissected valleys. From its headwaters it descends through narrow valleys, passing the small communities of Lorscheid, the municipality of Verbandsgemeinde Ruwer (which administers Lorscheid), and the villages of Fell and Riol. The stream's lower reach reaches the Moselle at Riol, where it joins the larger river as a right-side tributary (Moselle).
