Kim Guadagno

Early life and education

Guadagno was born in Waterloo, Iowa, and later moved to New Jersey. Trained as a lawyer, she worked in both private practice and public prosecution before entering elected office. Her background in criminal law and public safety informed much of her later administrative work.
